They both are getting over past relationships and that makes them both weary of letting anyone else in. This was most definitely a slow burn. A really slow, slow burn romance. At times the story seemed to drag a little and I just wanted to give these two a push towards each other because together they’re just so good. Overall I liked the story and I would for sure read the author again.”
