If you are in need of a hero who is not only sweet, kind, and a tad bit alpha look no further. Max is all of these things and so much more. Trust me when I say Max is a great addition to this world! Delilah is a sweet young mother in need of a fresh start with her young son. When these two first meet there is instant chemistry that neither can explain. You will find yourself rooting for the single mother. She has been through so much, and she is a true survivor.
As with all the books in this world you will fall in love with all of the characters. We get to see past characters, and maybe get to meet a future character.
I haven’t picked up a Harlow Layne book in a minute and UNTIL DELILAH hit just the spot! A single parent, sports romance that had me all in my feel and left me completely in love with these characters.
Delilah is an expectant single mother trying to leave her abusive ex in her past and Max is professional baseball player. On paper they seem worlds apart, but together they are perfection! Max is everything Delilah needs and deserves and when I tell you I was a puddle of swoon I mean it! The man is just *chef’s kiss*! This tugged at all my heart strings and I loved they get the HEA they both deserved. Loved!
