I devoured this book yesterday, but decided to hold off on writing my review. I am truly having a hard time placing my scattered thoughts into anything coherent… I will say this book fed my cold dark soul. I devoured in 1 sitting and I am jonesing for more! I need to know what the hell is going to happen next! This writing duo did an amazing job feeding my twisted addiction, and creating a world that will leave you breathless.
Requiem of the Soul centers around Santiago De La Rosa and his need for revenge. He has plotted and planned just what he is going to do to extract his vengeance. Enter our sweet Ivy…. This poor young lady has no idea she is being lead like a lamb to slaughter. There is so much more to her than meets the eye. The twists and turns you will take while reading this book will have you on the edge of your seat.
Yes I get my review does not go into great detail about what are within these pages. I will not spill the proverbial beans and spoil it for anyone. That is why this review is so short. I want to scream from the roof tops what happens, but I refuse to ruin it for anyone. Just know that these two authors weave a dark tale filled with deceit and will have you salivating for more. I need to know what is going to happen next, and I need the next book STAT!
Holly shizzle this bookworm-dizzle! This was such an epic mafia romance! A. Zavarelli and Natasha Knight once again confirm that they are a powerhouse combination when it comes to delivering deliciously dark romances.
This story was fantastic and masterfully layered with twists, turns, suspense, betrayal, passion, revenge, and SO MUCH MORE!! I devoured this story and omg Santiago was like freaking catnip to me. He’s the embodiment of dark and dangerous and oozes power and alpha vibes. In other words, fanfuckingtastic! That cliffhanger though! I’m dying for the next book and I’m also going to need this on audio ASAP. Take all my dollars!
