Malachi’s story is so freaking awesome it’s not even funny. I stayed up all night devouring Nobody Knows and I don’t regret one second of lost sleep. As usual with Lani’s books I laughed, cried, and happy sighed my way through this book.
Both Sierra and Malachi stole my heart instantly. Sierra was such a fun sweetheart, even while being labeled the “wild child” of her family. Seeing everything from her perspective really showed how big her heart is and how strong she is. Then you have Malachi who’s heartbreaking past already gutted me and then seeing who he is now *sigh* I just had to love him. We get to see glimpses of the past they shared side by side with the present as their relationship grows into a thing of beauty.
This is one of my all time favorite Lani Lynn Vale reads!
