New Release + Review: Southern Sunrise by Natasha Madison

Release Date: July 7

Buried secrets never stay hidden in the South.

I fell in love with him when I was
fourteen. Under the stars, he told me
he loved me, and under the stars we
promised to love each other always.
But under the stars, he broke my
heart by walking away.

He left me without a second glance. I

was just an afterthought.

Now he’s back, but this time, I’m not falling for his Southern charm.

It’s time I get my happily ever after, even if part of me wishes he was still mine.

I found out on my twenty-first birthday that everything I thought I knew was a lie, and the man I had grown up thinking was my father wasn’t.

The pain I felt blinded me, making it impossible to hear what anyone said.

I left them all behind, including her, my best friend and the woman I was going to marry.

Five years later, I’m back, only to find the woman I still love has another man’s ring on her finger.

She’s going to marry my best friend unless I stop her. And this time, I only have until sunrise to change her mind.

FIVE 🎩🎩🎩🎩🎩 hats from Britt!

This book should coming with a warning! Something like “Will cause you to cry all the tears. Do not read while in public or while wearing mascara.” I was not ready, NOT READY YOU HEAR ME for how much Southern Sunrise was going to take over my world. This book is one of those ones you can’t just read for a bit and continue to have a life, nope, not even a little bit. You pick this up and you will not be doing a dang thing until you’ve read it all, drank an entire bottle of wine, eaten your weight in chocolate and called everyone you know to demand they read it to.
Ethan and Emily’s story is gutting in the best way ever. My heart was ripped out and shattered then slowly brought back together piece by piece by these two before they gave it back to me. The emotions coming from so many different directions in this story will have you constantly looking at what you’ve experienced from the previous books in the series through whole new eyes thanks to Ethan.
Then there’s the love that exists between Emily and Ethan that really and I mean REALLY makes this book magical. I can’t even describe how huge their love is. It’s so big, so powerful that overcoming even the impossible seems like nothing next to it.
