New Release + Review: The Hardest Shot by Samantha Lind

Title: The Hardest Shot
Series: Indianapolis Eagles #7
Author: Samantha Lind
Genre: Contemporary Sports Romance

Release Date: October 24, 2019

Hockey is my life.
My focus.
My priority.
I left Sweden for it five years ago.
I’ve finally been given a shot to prove myself, and I refuse
to let anything jeopardize that.
No distractions ~ especially not Julia, the
stunning woman I can’t seem to get out of my mind. Only problem is, she’s my
coach’s daughter.
I grew up around hockey.
Lived and breathed it, thanks to my dad’s job.
I never thought I’d fall for a player.
Especially one my dad coaches.
But there’s just something about Beckett that draws me
Can I convince him he can be the hotshot goalie and find
love, without having to choose just one?
The hardest shot to defend is the one you never take. I
just hope he realizes he can have it all.

Britt’s 🎩🎩🎩🎩🎩 hat review:

My face hurts from smiling. Yes, that’s how I’m choosing to start this review because I feel like that is a VERY important fact. There are not enough smiling so big your face hurts but you just can’t stop smiling because your heart is so happy books in the world. I picked this book up on a rainy, gloomy day and found myself going from feeling like a zombie to being absolutely giddy all thanks to Julia and Beckett.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I love me some angst as much as the next girl but I need a book that is full of nothing but sweet swoony nonstop happy just as much in my life and that’s exactly what The Hardest Shot is. These two are just so freaking perfect together right from the start and continue to bring nothing but love and happiness on every page!
