New Release + Triple Review: Sinners Are Winners by Lani Lynn Vale

He saw her from across a crowded ballpark and knew she was about to change his life.
Yes, he realizes just how cliché that really is, but the moment his eyes locked on her, he knew that she was the one.
At least, the one that royally screwed him over. The one responsible for his demotion and the subsequent disciplinary action taken against him before he’d even gotten out of the probationary period with Kilgore Police Department.

It all started with a kiss.
Saylor Rae Spada tried to mind her business. She also tried to not get involved in petty disputes.
However, from the moment she saw him sitting next to her at a professional baseball game, a game she didn’t even want to be at but was dragged to by her blind date, she couldn’t look away.
Then the kiss cam came on, featuring none other than her and the handsome stranger.
Without missing a beat, he kissed her.
Then her blind date decided to pull a knife and try to stab him.
From that point forward, she’s done nothing but cause him trouble.
Trouble that he’s starting to find increasingly adorable.

Britt’s 🎩🎩🎩🎩🎩 hat review:

Lani Lynn Vale does it again! She blew me away (shocker, I know) with Sinners are Winners. Lock and Saylor went from being children of two of my favorite couples to being yet another favorite couple for me themselves. I can’t even say I devoured their story because that’s an understatement. I started reading this when I got up at 5 AM and did not put it down through the entirety of getting three kids ready for school. I read this book while cooking, styling hair (pro tip, kids are great page flippers) getting book bags backed, the whole thing. I. COULD. NOT. STOP. READING.
You’ve got Lock, who puts his father to shame in the hot department. Which is saying something because Downy is HOT. Lock is also a total sweetheart without even meaning to be. The things he does, both big and small for Saylor had me saying “awww” repeatedly. And Saylor? She’s flipping adorable. And funny.
From the heat to the sweet and the suspense and mystery Lock and Saylor have a story that is a recipe for the ultimate book hangover.

Julia’s 🎩🎩🎩🎩🎩 hat review:

Lock is going to steal your heart! Move over Downy, your son has now taken the spotlight. Talk about a swoon worthy man. Lock is so damn sweet it should be illegal. He knows what he wants and goes all out for it. Saylor is fecking amazing. She’s kickass and adorable. These two were literally made for each other.

LLV wrote another perfect story. One with just the right amount of romance and suspense. The words just flowed off the pages and I know it will be one I read over and over again!

Heather’s 🎩🎩🎩🎩 hat review:

It was lust at first sight for Lock and Saylor. What happens to be a chance meeting turns into a embarrassing situation between the two. Let’s fast forward six long antagonizing months until these two people meet up again. Once they meet again all bets are off the gloves come off, and these two find out what the word love really means.
Lock is a sweetheart and will do anything to place a smile on Saylor’s face. Saylor is sweet and a whole lot of sassy. The things they do for each other will have your hearts melting. Lock just proves that when you love someone you will do what is necessary to get them to stay. You will fall in love with these characters as you follow them on their journey to their HEA..
