Julia’s 🎩🎩🎩 hat review:
The Other Billionaire Brother is a sweet and spicy read. Nora has had a crush since she was a little girl. She’s crushed knowing he is engaged. She sets out to see if that’s true and if she’s lost her chance on this man. Christopher has been head of his family company since losing his father. He always seems to be working with no time to play. Christopher sees Nora’s lifelong crush on his brother and sets out to distract her so a business deal can go through that’s tied to his brother getting married. I don’t think either of them expected feelings for each other to get in the way.
Nora was a bit childish with her crush. There were a few times I yelled at my kindle for her to open her eyes. At first she is so lost in her crush she can’t see what’s developing in front of her. I believe Christopher has carried a torch for Nora for awhile. He allows her to shake up his boring work life. They still have a few hurdles to climb though.
While the writing was good, I just didn’t connect with Nora. Honestly, she kinda pissed me off a few times. She does redeem herself, but the connection was still not there.
It ended up being a sweet read, just wish I could have knocked some sense into Nora a few times.
