Julia’s 🎩🎩🎩🎩🎩 hat review:
I have been wrecked and broken, basically just sitting in a corner rocking back and forth through most of Sin Of Love. I mean honestly how much can two people take before they are too broken for words. Apparently the answer is a lot. Dierdre and Gideon face so much, yet they show us through pain and darkness that love and light can still remain.
Every time I read a book from L.M. Halloran I’m awestruck by her ability to cut so deep you feel you will never heal, and then somehow miraculously heal you. Her writing is superb, and this duet is magical. It will break you, it will obliterate you, then slowly it will somehow put you back together again.
Deidre and Gideon’s story isn’t for the faint of heart. It’s dark, it’s gritty, it’s painful. With all that though you also get love, laughter, happiness, romance.
Getting through Sin Of Love I thought I’d never be the same. I was scared to turn the pages, yet I couldn’t not turn the pages. I had to. I was wholly immersed in Diedre and Gideon, I was a slave to them as much as they were to each other.
Be prepared for this stunning duet.
