New Release + Review: Just Neighbors by Charity Ferrell

Title: Just Neighbors

Series: Blue Beech #4

Author: Charity Ferrell
Genre: New Adult/Enemies-to-Lovers Romance

 Release Date: March 26, 2019

Every day, my neighbor tells me to have a good morning.
Every day, I tell him to f*ck off.
Kyle Lane is the town’s hottest cop.
He’s also the man I’ve despised since high school.
Each morning, he stands on his porch with an annoying smirk on his
perfect face.
He’s made it his life’s mission to get under my skin.
Until one day, he’s no longer on his porch but on mine.
He claims he wants to redeem himself for ruining my reputation.
My instincts tell me to stay away, but with each morning he shows up,
it becomes harder and harder to resist his charm.
I was never supposed to fall in love with my neighbor and once he finds
out my secret, we’ll forever be enemies.

Julia’s 🎩🎩🎩🎩 hat review:

Just Neighbors gives you incredible chemistry, hate to love romance, and so much love. Chloe hates Kyle. He ruined high school for her and she never forgot it. Kyle loves irritating Chloe but he’s been harboring a secret crush on her for a long time. When these two get together it’s like small explosions of chemistry and insults. I loved it!

Chloe is a strong, proud, and determined woman. She has lived a shit life with a shit family. She hasn’t let that get her down though. She busted her butt to get where she is today and helps take care of her niece and nephew even though her sister gives her nothing but pain. Kyle is a huge jerk, but I loved that about him. He had his moments where I just wanted to smack him, but overall he is a really great guy with a heart of gold. These two go through A LOT to find any happiness.

Just Neighbors had me laughing, pissed, smiling, crying, screaming, and then happy. These two deserve a happily ever after.
