Each story sheds a light on some of the many struggles that people go through on a daily basis. Most are invisible illnesses and in bringing these stories to life these authors and this and this anthology are helping those who struggle with mental illness know that they are not alone. That there is help and that you’re not struggling alone.

The authors have done wonderful work of not only spotlighting the illnesses like OCD, anxiety and depression, among others, but the stories also show what he families, caretakers, and partners go through.

This was such an amazing anthology! It’s also for a cause that’s near and dear to me and so It was easy to connect with most of these stories. Beautifully written, each story tugs at your heart and gives insight into the daily, and often unseen struggles of so many. 4.5 Stars.

“I loved this anthology, it hits upon different issues that just aren’t talked about in books and that’s a shame as some of these stories you can relate to and some of them you have never heard of the condition before so it is fascinating to read.” –Dawn, Goodreads Reviewer

“All these stories are amazing. They’re tales of real-life situations.” –Frances, Goodreads Reviewer
