It Ended With the Truth is the conclusion to the Truth and Lies Duet and I had being dying to see how Lisa Suzanne would conclude Brian’s story!
Brian is mess and has seemingly lost everything. Mark is once again there to help pickup be pieces. After everything that these brothers have been through, seeing them come out of it with a strong brotherly bond and friendship just melted my heart! Then to see Brian grow, find himself, and dust himself off and rise was what cemented my love for this character I once despised.
Most of the book centered around Brian’s redemption, but the love story between he and Vivian was still key element of the story. I liked their relationship although it was complicated and a bit murky. Frustrating at times to see how far Brian could hold grudges and how hard Vivian judged Brian for his lies even though she at times did the same. It was a bit of a turn off, but man, Lisa Suzanne had a way of making me swoon through all of it. Brian’s love for Vivian is true and strong no matter the time apart.
