only responsibility being a top-level assistant at a high-end fashion magazine.
I have zero expectations and I like it that way. Until I meet HIM. Zane
Lawrence. A sexy private investigator who moonlights as a bartender at the new
Martini bar in town. Now if I can just get through one meeting with him without
falling flat on my face, I might fall in love instead.Zane:

When this gorgeous brunette bellied up to my bar asking for shots of Fireball
on a Wednesday night, I was intrigued. She was sexy, funny and seemed like the
total package until she broke her heel and came crashing down on my bar. I’m
afraid a date with her might require a helmet and pads just to survive the

What happens when a hapless, accident-prone woman sets out to win the man of

Julia’s 🎩🎩🎩🎩🎩 hat review:
Fireball & Fiascos is such a fitting title for this book, as there is a lot of Fireball Whisky and a lot of fiascos. I’m just going to jump right in to what I absolutely loved about this book. The friendship that Denae and Harper share. From their first meeting these girls had the best friend connection and I loved seeing that the friendship angle wasn’t in the background but was front and center! These ladies enjoy each other and have a beautifully amazing friendship. Even between the fighting they still loved each other immensely. You could feel their camaraderie and love for each other. Now this book isn’t just about a great friendship, we also get Denae’s love story and all the hilarity that entailed. Denae meets Zane at the new martini bar, he’s the bartender and sparks fly between them. Their relationship is slow, but the build up is oh so delicious.

Denae will crack you up. She has a run of crazy bad luck after meeting Zane. All of her bad luck seems to happen in front of him. Luckily he likes her brand of crazy and rolls with the laughs. Zane is pretty spectacular. He puts up with so much with Denae and Harper. He’s a real trooper when it comes to it. He understands and accepts Denae is pretty much a package deal with her flover Harper. Denae and Zane have a hilarious and crazy filled romance but it fits both of them.

This writing duo needs to get back to writing! I need the next book ASAP! Just know going into this book you will get some crazy laughter, some swoon worthy romance, and a beautiful friendship!

Author Bio
Heather Rayne is the dirty and flirty writing
collaboration between published authors Heather Guimond and Daryn Rayne.  They are two crazy, overly-caffeinated,
under-intoxicated flovers who enjoy fine vodka, wine, and are hell-bent on
world domination.

Heather Guimond
Heather Guimond is a Los Angeles native, a fact of which she
is abnormally proud. When she’s not trying to write something that will make
people laugh while simultaneously ripping their hearts out, she’s either
reading or doing her best to crack the whip on her three home-schooled
children. She loves all things witty and wise-cracking, as well most varieties
of smart-assery (just ask her very own smart-ass, her husband). Other favorites
include French roast coffee in copious amounts and the dirtiest Dirty Martinis
she can find. More than anything, she hopes that she writes books that stick
with the reader long after the pages have been read.
Daryn Rayne
Daryn is a former fashion model-turned writer, but her
dreams of fame and fortune on the catwalk were suddenly dashed when she fell
flat on her face during a big show.
Ashamed and hobbled, she released all her frustrations into a collection
of poetry called “Songs from My Poor, Broken Ass.”  Ever since, there has been no stopping her in
the literary world.
