Clara
Marriage almost killed me.

Instead, life gave me a monster.
That nightmare is over, but my sons and I will never be the same.
I’ll do anything to make them happy.
Anything except fall in love again.

My gold digging ex-wife only wanted for my money.

And one beautiful reason to keep moving forward.
My little girl is my entire world.
I’m happy to keep it that way.
But when Clara and her boys come into our lives, everything changes.
Despite my past, there’s no point in fighting the inevitable.
It’s only a matter of time before Clara and her sons are mine.

This. Book. This dang book y’all. From the second I read the first in this series I knew this was going to be one of my favorite series, but nothing could prepare me for how each book was better and better than the last. Every Tear You Cry takes it to a whole new level. There are so many things that happen in this book that made me fall in love with it. Almost too many to list, but I’m sure going to try.

Fair warning, you’ll be ugly crying. It’s going to happen. Don’t care how tough you are. This book is jam packed with emotion both heartbreaking and beautiful. If you’ve followed the series you already know Clara’s past is devastating, but the full impact of what her and her boys have gone through completely shattered me.

It also shows just how incredibly strong and amazing Clara really is.

I’ve been dying for more Brantley since I first met him and especially dying for the full effect of those sparks that flew between him and Clara. The man who seems like simply a big flirt has much more depth to him than I could have ever predicted. An adoring father, a protective and loving man, he was everything Clara needed and more.

Now it wasn’t all constant deep, hit you in the feels, steal your heart moments. Not with Grandmama around! That crazy old lady is back and better than every causing me to burst out laughing more than once and bringing a lighthearted break to the deeper parts of Clara and Brantley’s story. This family has grown to be one I can’t get enough of and I can’t wait to see where J.E. Parker takes them next!

J.E. Parker is an American romance author who was born and raised in the great state of North Carolina. A southern belle at heart, she’s addicted to sweet tea, Cheerwine, and peach cobbler.
Not only is J.E. married to the man of her dreams (albeit a total pain in the rear), she’s also the mother of a herd of sweet (sometimes), and angelic (only when they’re sleeping) children. Despite their occasional demonic behavior and bottomless stomachs, J.E. loves her little tribe more than words could ever express.
On the weekends, you can find her sitting on the couch, cheering on (or cursing) her favorite football team, stuffing her face with junk food, and guzzling a bottle of cheap red wine.
When she’s not busy making sure her husband doesn’t burn the house down or acting as a referee for her fighting children, J.E. enjoys reading, writing (obviously), and listening to a wide variety of music.
