Julia’s 🎩🎩🎩 .5 hat review:
From a shocking and gripping start Prophet grabs you immediately. A nonstop roller coaster that has you on edge paired with sizzling chemistry pull you deep into Nick and Maggie’s story. Despite how much I was pulled into the beginning, the constant back and forth had me losing my connection with Nick and Maggie and slowed things down for me occasionally. I was actually starting to wonder if someone else was going to swoop in and get Maggie. Even with the back and forth, the sparks these two had were enough to start an inferno, which definitely upped the angst and heat.
Overall I still found myself liking their story and had fun reading this action packed read.

angry and raw, band her throat, and it’s as if I feel her thumping pulse again.

whether that was why she was at the loft.

kiss her, hungry. Again, she shifts slightly, his lips brushing her cheek
instead of her mouth. His face flushes like a little boy put in the corner.
Friend? Either way, things aren’t all rosy, not with the move she just made.
