BLURB:

One night of complete surrender is all it takes.

Gareth Harris is Manchester United’s reclusive star defender. He has control over all aspects of his life. But a lifetime of supporting his siblings and filling in for an emotionally absent father has taken its toll.

Sloan Montgomery is a clothing stylist whose world was turned upside down when she found herself pregnant and moving to Manchester with a man who was never supposed to be her forever. Now recently divorced and struggling with shared custody of her daughter, control is a fleeting concept for this American living in England.

Both Gareth and Sloan are in need of a release.

A moment in time where they can forget about their pasts and family pressures…and just…

…surrender.

No one could predict what happens when both of their defences are down.

Review:

Gareth Harris is the last brother in the Harris Brothers series to get his story told and he was completely worth the anxiety, the hype, the wait…the EVERYTHING! I never thought I’d peg him as my favorite brother, but Amy Daws has blown me away with his story. He’s so much more than what I could have ever imagined. He’s got my heart and soul and I never want them back! This story was BRILLIANT. I laughed. I bawled my eyes out. I lost my breath and I also got dangerously close to throwing things, but that’s a testament to how good Amy Daws is at wrapping her readers/listeners in the emotions of her characters. I don’t know what else to say except GET THIS AUDIOBOOK. It needs to be experienced.

The narration team for this audiobook is simply stellar. Will M. Watt returns to voice another Harris brother, but once again dazzles and totally stuns as Gareth. He completely transforms into the moody, strong-but-silent footie player and knocked my socks off while doing it. Piper Goodeve was perfection as Sloan/Tre. I loved her opposite Mr. Watt and their chemistry was amazing. We also got Charlotte Cole as special guest narrator which made me so happy! She’s one of my favorite narrators because she always puts so much emotion and sunshine into her narrations. The book was incredible, but this team of narrators makes it unmissable! It’s absolutely credit worthy. Hell, I’d pay full price. 5 Stars.
