Fix My Fall (The Fix Book Three) by Carey Heywood
🎩🎩🎩🎩🎩 hats from Julia!
Fix My Fall is one of those gooey romances that leave you feeling like you’re on cloud 9. Add in the humor and you have a definite five star book! The characters and the whole story just add so much humor and sweetness. I fell in love with both Abby and Spencer quickly. Both met in high school, one was an uber nerd the other a popular girl. Years later Spencer returns home and hires Abby as his realtor. He’s always had a crush on her and soon they start dating.
I loved the build up between these two. They dated and had so much fun yet waited to make sure their feelings were on the same page before taking the dive into sex. It made it that much more sweeter. Abby has a few insecure moments but gets pass them pretty quickly. Spencer is good for her, and she good for him. She’s fun loving, he’s reserved. Perfect match.
Fix My Fall will be added to my re-read shelf. I have a feeling I’ll come back to Abby and Spencer many times. Carey Heywood put just the right amount of romance and humor inside this book and I was very sorry to see it end. I hadn’t read the others in this series but plan on doing that as soon as possible. The entire Thompson gang are a hilarious and tight knit group that makes me want to know them all. I’m excited to read the couple’s I’ve missed out on, and I’m more excited to see where the next in the series will take us. Abby and Spencer were incredibly sweet and I’m glad I got to meet them!
